Our clients are freight forwarders in France and the UK. Their teams receive commercial documents by email, draft the entry summary or import declaration from them, and file it. Droblet now does the reading and the drafting; their declarants do the approving.

ICS2 entry summary declarations from email
Commercial invoices, packing lists and transport documents arrive by email. dScribe reads them, the case is checked for missing fields and disagreements between documents, and an ENS draft is prepared with its gaps listed. A declarant approves; Droblet files to the ICS2 shared trader interface.
Supplier invoices into the ledger
Subcontractor and supplier invoices are extracted, totals reconciled against lines, the supplier resolved against the master data register, and the result delivered to the accounting system. Ambiguous supplier matches are refused and shown to a person.
HMRC CDS import declarations with costing
From the same documents, a CDS draft with the commodity-code candidates, the duty and VAT estimate, and the fields the documents could not supply. Filed to HMRC CDS after approval.
